RENTAL LLORET: Terms, Returns & Refunds
1. BOOKING & CANCELLATION 
Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before the rental starts. 100% refund of your deposit.

50% Penalty: If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled start.

100% Penalty (No Refund): If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start or in case of a "No-Show".

Early Return: If you return the vehicle or equipment earlier than the agreed date, no refunds will be issued for the unused time.
2. VEHICLE CONDITION & INSPECTION 
Digital Record: At delivery, we will take photos/video of the vehicle and send them to you via WhatsApp. This is our mutual guarantee of the car's condition.

Damage: The client is responsible for any new damage found upon return. If the damage is not covered by insurance (or within the excess/franchise), the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cleaning: The car should be returned in a reasonable state. An extra cleaning fee of 30€ to 100€ applies only for extreme cases (sand in seats, salt stains, smoking, or pet hair).

3. FUEL POLICY 
Full-to-Full: We deliver the car with a full tank (or a specific level). Please return it with the same level.

Refueling Fee: If the car is returned with less fuel, the client pays the cost of the missing fuel plus a 20€ refueling service fee.

4. BICYCLES & BEACH KITS 
Technical Failure: If a bicycle has a mechanical failure not caused by misuse, we will replace it or refund the remaining rental time.

Damage/Loss: The client is responsible for the full replacement cost of lost or stolen beach equipment or bicycles.

Beach Kits: Please ensure umbrellas and chairs are dry and free of excess sand before returning.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT 
A security deposit (Fianza) of  300€ - 500€ is required at the start.

Instant Refund: The deposit is released immediately after the return inspection if the vehicle/equipment is in the same condition and fuel levels are correct.

6. FORCE MAJEURE 
In case of documented flight cancellations or medical emergencies, please contact us. At our discretion, we may offer a Credit Voucher for future dates instead of applying a penalty.
