DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY

At [Your Business Name], we don't just rent cars; we bring them to you. We provide a "Door-to-Door" service to ensure your holiday starts without queues or stress.

1. SERVICE AREA

We primarily serve Lloret de Mar and surrounding areas.

  • Zone A (Lloret de Mar Center): All hotels, apartments, and villas within the town limits.

  • Zone B (Surrounding Areas): Fenals, Canyelles, Blanes, and Tossa de Mar.

  • Zone C (Special Request): Girona Airport (GRO) or Barcelona Airport (BCN) — Subject to availability and extra surcharge.

2. DELIVERY FEES

  • Standard Delivery (Lloret de Mar): FREE for rentals of 3 days or more. For shorter rentals, a small service fee of 15.00 € may apply.

  • Out-of-Town Delivery (Blanes / Tossa): A flat fee of 25.00 € applies for drop-off and pick-up.

  • After-Hours Delivery: Deliveries between 21:00 and 08:00 are subject to a 30.00 € "Night Service" surcharge.

3. THE DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. Meeting Point: We meet you at your Hotel Lobby, Villa entrance, or a pre-agreed landmark.

  2. Documentation: You must have your Original Driving License and Passport/ID ready. We cannot hand over the vehicle without seeing the physical documents.

  3. Vehicle Inspection: Together, we will perform a quick walk-around of the vehicle to document its condition and fuel level.

  4. Beach Kits: If you ordered a Beach Kit, it will be waiting for you inside the trunk of the car.

4. VEHICLE COLLECTION (RETURN)

  • Return Location: Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle will be collected from the same location where it was delivered.

  • The "59-Minute" Rule: We offer a 59-minute grace period for returns. After 60 minutes, a full extra day of rental will be charged.

  • Key Handover: You must be present for the return unless you have "Full Protection" insurance and have received "Express Drop-off" instructions from us via WhatsApp.

5. FUEL & CLEANING EXPECTATIONS

  • Fuel: The car must be returned with the same fuel level as recorded at delivery (typically Full-to-Full).

  • Condition: Please remove all personal trash and excessive sand from the interior. A specialized cleaning fee of 30.00 € applies for vehicles returned in extremely dirty condition.

6. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • If you are not present at the agreed delivery time and location within 30 minutes, it will be considered a "No-Show." * No-Shows are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental.
