TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
1. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION
At the time of vehicle delivery, the Renter and all authorized drivers must present:

Driving License: A original, valid driving license. Photocopies, digital licenses, or learner permits are not accepted.

Non-Latin Alphabets: Licenses in non-Latin alphabets (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit or an official Spanish translation.

Identification: A valid Passport or National ID card.

EU Residence: Non-EU residents must show their passport. If residing in Europe for more than 6 months, an EU-issued driving license is required.
2. AGE PROVISIONS

Minimum Age: The minimum age for any driver is 21 years (unless a higher age is specified for premium models).

Young Driver Fee: Drivers under the age of 23 are subject to an additional daily "Young Driver Surcharge."
3. PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

Accepted Methods: We accept international Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Pre-paid cards are not accepted.

Ownership: The payment method must be in the name of the main driver.

Security Deposit: A mandatory security deposit will be blocked on your card at the start of the rental.

Standard Deposit: Rental price + 300€ minimum.

Premium/Luxury Cars: Deposits range from 500€ to 2,000€ depending on the vehicle category.

Refunds: Deposits are released upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to bank processing times.
4. PROTECTION & INSURANCE COVERAGE

Third-Party Liability: All rentals include Third-Party Liability insurance with coverage for personal injury and property damage up to the legal limits in Spain.

Collision Damage & Theft (CDW): Limits the Renter's financial responsibility to a specific Deductible (Franquicia).
-
Standard deductibles range from 1,200€ to 2,500€.

The Renter may purchase "Reduced Deductible" protection to lower this amount.

Exclusions: Protection is voided if damage is caused by:

Driving by unauthorized persons.
-
Gross negligence, intent, or driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Use of the wrong fuel type.
-
Interior damage or extreme dirtiness (subject to a special cleaning fee).

5. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Basic technical assistance for mechanical failure is included.

Roadside Protection Plus (Optional): Covers incidents caused by Renter negligence, such as:

Lost keys or keys locked inside the vehicle.
-
Dead battery due to lights left on.
-
Running out of fuel or using the wrong fuel.
-
Vehicle stuck in sand or mud.
-
6. TERRITORIAL LIMITS & RESTRICTIONS

Mainland Spain: Vehicles are authorized for use in Mainland Spain only.

Islands & Enclaves: Travel to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

Cross-Border Travel: Travel to France, Andorra, or Portugal requires a specific "Cross-Border Fee" and prior authorization. Entering unauthorized zones voids all insurance coverage.
7. FUEL & ELECTRIC CHARGING

Refueling Service: Vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned the same. If returned lower, a refueling service fee plus the cost of missing fuel will be charged.

Electric Vehicles (EV): EVs delivered with over 80% charge must be returned with at least 80%. If delivered lower, return at the same level.
8. TRAFFIC FINES & EXTRA CHARGES

Fines: The Renter is 100% responsible for traffic and parking violations.

Admin Fee: A fee of [30€] applies for each fine processed by the company.

Late Return: Returns more than 59 minutes late incur a full extra day's charge.

Flexibility: Changes to return location or time must be notified via WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance and may incur a "Flexi-Return" fee.
9. VEHICLE TELEMATICS (GPS)
For security and fleet management, vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. Data is processed according to our Privacy Policy for purposes of theft recovery and maintenance monitoring.
